and contrast smartly with the rigidity of the pattern’s octagonal forms
and squared handles. This sterling silver tea service weighs
an impressive 280 troy ounces and features a tea pot, coffee pot, kettle with
stand, hot water urn, water pitcher, creamer, sugar bowl, waste bowl, and matching
waiter tray. Out-of-the-ordinary features of this particular set are its height
and weight. The hot water urn is 18 inches tall and weighs 97
troy ounces! The water pitcher is 8 inches tall and weighs 24 troy ounces.
