You emailed me that you'd processed the order on Sunday, notified me it was shipped it out on Monday to his Chicago townhome address. "I ordered 11 settings of my silver pattern (International Wedgwood) today.  One of your assoicates assisted me. I am writing to report that she was extremely helpful and made my first shopping experience with replacements.com very pleasant. The 57 pieces of silver that I ordered are monogrammed, and she patiently got the pieces to check them out for me in order to determine if the monograms were all located where I would like them to be, and that they all matched. She called me back when she had the silver, and described the monogram and its location. I vacillated all day (silver is so pricey), and called back much later and made the purchase. After completing the purchase, and hanging up your associate called me back, because in my first call I had mentioned that I wanted some particular serving pieces which I forgot about when I purchased the 11 place settings. Good sales person that she is, I added in the serving pieces too. I can't wait for the silver to arrive. If it is as nice as described by your associate,  I am sure I will love it! I hope you appreciate the excellent customer service provided by your employees."

"I had a lengthy “conversation” with you about a Royal Copenhagen pattern called Quaking Grass (which I thought was called Lily of the Valley). Well—you hit the jackpot. The pattern I was requesting was indeed Quaking Grass. We had seen this when we were guests of our friends at their home in Belgium. They are Dutch and Emily’s mother was Danish. I ordered a small dish and sent it to our friends and they are thrilled with it. She writes...”the most unexpected gift we could have imagined: a lovely small dish of the same Royal Copenhagen china my parents got as a wedding gift in 1931. You certainly did find an amazing source for finding pieces of old china—incredible. You see the pattern is indeed Quaking Grass and not lily of the valley. "I just want you guys to know that I think you are really terrific. You have always been so helpful and I think the service you provide is invaluable. You helped me to replace a few pieces of my sister-in-law's stoneware that I broke while visiting in her home. One of the plates you were able to replace for me was hanging on a tiny little nail by her telephone and when I went to reach for the receiver I ever so slightly bumped it. I felt so badly that I thought if I couldn't replace it I would be too mortified to visit again. (I have since replaced the tiny little nails with hooks, so you have to actually try to remove the plates from the wall to get them to come down.) We also put a piece of tape on the cookie jar lid as a joke, now. Guess who dropped it wiping off fingerprints? You guys are the best. I will always want to be on your mailing list.
