"I just want you guys to know that I think you are really terrific. You have always been so helpful and I think the service you provide is invaluable. You helped me to replace a few pieces of my sister-in-law's stoneware that I broke while visiting in her home. One of the plates you were able to replace for me was hanging on a tiny little nail by her telephone and when I went to reach for the receiver I ever so slightly bumped it. I felt so badly that I thought if I couldn't replace it I would be too mortified to visit again. (I have since replaced the tiny little nails with hooks, so you have to actually try to remove the plates from the wall to get them to come down.) We also put a piece of tape on the cookie jar lid as a joke, now. Guess who dropped it wiping off fingerprints? You guys are the best. I will always want to be on your mailing list. Thank you, again."

"Thanks for the excellent service. The merchandise arrived safe and sound - the way it was packed, I think the china would have survived falling off the back of a truck! And I was very pleased with the condition of the china. But it makes the original Moonstone china I have, bought back in 1969, pale by comparison. "My Mom is so excited about your company. She’s telling everyone about how you helped her, about your wonderful customer service, and how much she loves her dishes. A few years ago, I ran across your website when I was trying to finish a set that I inherited from my great-grandfather. Last year, when my mom was looking to complete a set of dishes, I told her about your site. She didn’t order herself last year because her daughter-in-law wanted to buy her some as a gift. Your customer service helped her out when they didn’t have to.  I’m sure my mom is going to tell all her friends and anyone else she can find who will listen. "Just a quick response to your note regarding my request for Blue Ridge “Peony” availability. I was visiting in the area last week and brought a friend from Concord to Replacements for his first visit; this was my third or fourth. The service and attention I have received, by mail or in person, through the years has been outstanding, and last Thursday proved no different from past contacts. We took the tour, hosted by a delightful guide, then went to the center kiosk where an incredibly helpful and kind young lady took charge of our inquiries...we regret not getting or remembering her name, but she mentioned she had been with the company for eleven years and had auburn/red hair. My friend had one piece of a long-deceased sister’s stemware...the staff member mentioned above took over and soon we had matching items in front of us on the counter. He purchased several pieces of the stemware for the sister’s daughter and she was delighted when we returned to Concord with the treasures in hand! Your staff, your facility, your service are incredible...thank you for making all of this available to us."
