"I just wanted to let you know that I received 2 coupe soup bowls in my china pattern today...I was a little nervous, because they were discounted 25% due to "slight imperfections." Other than some very minor surface scratches, I can find absolutely nothing wrong with them! I am a repeat customer for Replacements, and I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am with your service. I purchased my china pattern when I was in junior high; it was a grocery store promotion. For years, I have wished that I had collected more of it...but I thought that since it was discontinued, I would never be able to accomplish that. Thankfully, we did not get any of that new pattern, because I discovered Replacements shortly thereafter! "Thank you soooo much for finding my pattern. After my original inquiry to Replacements, I had received a response from you saying that you never heard of the pattern. I was so disappointed. Then a few months later, I received another letter from you requesting a professional photo of the pattern so that you may include it in a book! I was so delighted, I had hope again! Then several months later - an inventory list arrived!! When I was able to place the order it arrived in about 5 days! And beautifully packed I must say! I now have service for 11! (I had only had service for 6). If any more pieces come in, please don't hesitate to contact me! My pattern is Epiag 6921, cream with the Pheasant on it. My father had bought the china for my mother when he was in the service in Europe. When I! was little I could never understand why only the adults used the good china at Thanksgiving. When unpacking the boxes of china received from my mother there was only service for 6, now I understood! Apparently it was customary for the settings from Czech to have been for 12. I guess that Dad was only able to get my mother half a set! Thank you again for a wonderful job! I will be using the settings for the first time during the up coming holidays for my grown children and their families; 8 adults and 3 children = SERVICE FOR 11!!
