Cheese Cleaver Our Piece Code: CHECR	Cheese cleavers are shaped like miniature meat cleavers. The large flat blade is used to slice blocks of cheese.  The blade is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Cheese Knife Our Piece Code: CHEKR	Cheese knives are used for the cutting and serving of cheese slices.  The blade is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Cheese Plane Our Piece Code: CHEPR	Cheese planes are drawn against a block of cheese. The result is a single slice of cheese that can be lifted and served using the cheese plane.  The flat blade of the cheese plane is attached to handle from your pattern.
Cheese Scoop Our Piece Code: CHSCR	Cheese scoops are used for scooping small cubes of cheese. Cheese scoops resemble a sugar spoon.  The bowl of the scoop is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Cheese Scoop (Solid) Our Piece Code: CHESCR	Cheese scoops are used for scooping cubes of cheese.  Cheese scoops resemble a sugar spoon.  A piece from your pattern is shaped and cut to form the solid cheese scoop.
Corn Butterer Our Piece Code: COBUR	Corn butterers are used for buttering corn.  A bowl-shaped attachment holds a pat of butter and is rubbed on ears of corn.  The bowl is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Cosmetic Brush Our Piece Code: COBR	Cosmetic brushes make great gifts and are used for applying powders and makeup to the face.  The piece that holds the bristles is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Cream Dipper Our Piece Code: CRDIR	Cream dippers are used to serve creams and sauces.  A piece from your pattern is shaped and cut to form this piece.
Cream Ladle Our Piece Code: LACR	Cream ladles are sized much like cream, bouillon, and gumbo spoons. This midsized ladle is used to serve creams and soups.  A piece from your pattern is shaped and cut to form the cream ladle.
Croquette Server Our Piece Code: CROQSR	Croquette servers are used to serve small pies that are made of minced meat.  The bowl of the croquette server is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Fish Server Our Piece Code: FISSR (stainless blade)	Fish servers have a blade that is shaped like a pie server. This piece is used to scoop and serve large pieces of fish.  The blade is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Fish Server Our Piece Code: FISSLR (sterling)	The sterling fish server features a blade that is shaped like a pie server.  This piece is used to scoop and serve large pieces of fish.  The blade is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Fish Serving Fork Our Piece Code: FFSR (stainless blade)	Sterling fish forks are serving forks used to serve large pieces of fish.  The bowl of the fork is attached to a handle from your pattern.
Food Pusher Our Piece Code: FOPUR	Food pushers are used to push food off of a plate or platter. This piece looks a lot like a crumb knife and can be used in the same capacity.  The blade of the food pusher is attached to a handle from your pattern .
Fruit Spoon Our Piece Code: FRSR	Fruit spoons are generally the size of a regular teaspoon. The bowl of each piece is slightly pointed and some fruit spoons have bowls made with serrated edges. The fruit spoon is great for cutting into and eating grapefruits, oranges, and halved melons.  A piece from your pattern is shaped and cut to form the fruit spoon.
Gravy Ladle Our Piece Code: LAGSR	Gravy ladles are the most common ladle size. Generally, this piece is 6-8 inches in length and can be used to serve gravies or cream sauces.  The bowl of the gravy lady is attached to handle from your pattern.
Ham Knife Our Piece Code: HAMKR	Ham knives generally have long blades and are used for cutting and serving small and large hams.  The blade of the ham knife is attached to a handle from your pattern
