Books for Troops

GREENSBORO, N.C., September, 2004 – Replacements employees heard the stories of soldiers stationed overseas with nothing to read and decided to take action. A book drive was organized and more than 1,300 books were donated. A team of employees packed and shipped the boxes to Iraq in time for the troops to enjoy some holiday reading. Members of the telephone sales team are now answering the call for phone card donations to make it easier for soldiers to call their loved ones.
