GREENSBORO, N.C., July 29, 2010 – From delicate hand-painted porcelain to Barbie and friends, casual shoppers and serious collectors will find a unique and rare mix of dolls at Replacements, Ltd.’s first Doll Show scheduled for August 13 – 15, 2010.
