Replacements, Ltd. Announces Leadership Promotions

GREENSBORO, N.C., July 9, 2012 – Replacements, Ltd. is pleased to announce Traci Hart has been named vice president, customer service.  The 15-year company veteran oversees Replacements’ customer contact center, which includes customer service, telephone sales, internet services and retail store operations.  Hart reports to Scott Fleming, Replacements’ president.
 
Dubravka Vujinovic has been promoted to the position of retail store manager.  Vujinovic has held numerous positions in the retail and visual merchandising areas during her 12-year tenure with the company.   She will report to Hart.

Replacements has also promoted Anthony Caviness to manager, china/crystal fulfillment operations.  Caviness is responsible for the pulling, packing, shelving and shipping operations in the china and crystal areas.  Caviness has been with Replacements 16 years and reports to Director of Fulfillment Operations Adamo Medakovich.
