Make a Difference at Replacements’ Eighth Annual
Mother’s Day Charity Tea
GREENSBORO, N.C., April 10, 2013 – Give a gift from the heart this Mother’s Day at Replacements, Ltd.’s eighth annual Mother’s Day Charity Tea. Generations of families are making this event part of their Mother’s Day tradition. Proceeds from this year’s tea will benefit Alight, a Greensboro-based breast cancer support foundation.
“We are so excited about hosting this event, because the money raised will make a difference right here at home,” says Keith Winkler, Replacements’ product marketing and business development manager. “Unfortunately, most of us know someone who has been impacted by breast cancer, often a sister, aunt or mother. One of Replacements’ key values centers on giving back to our community, and the Charity Tea is just one way we’re able to support our neighbors in need. I can’t think of a more special way of honoring mothers than helping this wonderful organization that impacts so many lives.”
Contributions will be accepted during the event; admission is free. Celebrate mom’s big day at the Mother’s Day Charity Tea from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2013. Replacements, Ltd. is located just off I-40/I-85 (exit 132) at 1089 Knox Road, McLeansville, N.C. For more information, contact the company’s retail store at (336) 697-3000, ext. 2233.
