Replacements, Ltd. Announces Additions to Legal and Management Teams
GREENSBORO, N.C., October 15, 2013 – Replacements, Ltd. is pleased to announce Ryan Butler has joined the retailer’s legal and community affairs teams as Counsel. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UNC School of the Arts, and earned his J.D. from American University. Butler previously worked as an attorney in private practice in Greensboro and brings to Replacements extensive legislative and public affairs experience. Prior to his legal career, he worked as a television editor for the National Geographic Channel and CNN. Butler reports to Replacements’ Vice President and General Counsel, Andrew Spainhour.
Additionally, Replacements has promoted John Prudente to manager, online marketing. Prudente has been with the company two years, previously serving as an internet marketing specialist during a time of growth and rapid change in online advertising. He is currently earning his Master of Public Affairs degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prudente reports to the company’s Senior Vice President of E-Commerce, Jack Whitley.
