We return to the design artistry of Ralph Lauren for our featured stainless this month, Atlantique. Atlantique features a near-mirror glossy finish and is made from high-quality 18/8 stainless steel. Its uniquely curved lines and shapes are ocean-inspired, which is very appropriate since Atlantique is French for “the Atlantic”. True to form, Ralph Lauren relied on understated elements and simple lines in creating this pattern, but the total look in terms of design sophistication for a stainless pattern is amazing. It seems that this man can create anything, and out of any material, and it always looks great.
