Originally from northeast of London, England, Jill has been with Replacements, Ltd. for 12 years. She has presented educational programs on a variety of dinnerware topics, including “Afternoon Teas,” “How to Lay a Holiday Table,” “Holiday Decorating,” and “Serving Wine with Crystal.” Can’t remember whether to pass serving dishes to the left or right?
