We are very pleased to announce that Replacements, Ltd. has won the Bizrate Survey 'Circle of Excellence' Online Retailer Award!

At various times over the years, Replacements, Ltd. has offered an optional customer survey for our Replacements.com web customers who place an order. Our customers rate us on a series of questions using a 1 to 10 scoring scale, with 1 being the lowest score and 10 being best.  From these questions, scores are aggregated for core survey categories to derive an aggregate survey score. This survey is managed and run by Bizrate Insights, one of the largest sources of consumer-generated data for online retailers in the country.  (If you do a search on Google for “Replacements” or “Amazon” you should see a five-star scale rating - Bizrate is one of the data providers for this rating.)

Winners of the Circle of Excellence Award, including Replacements, had a statistically significant volume of survey responses, and aggregate survey scores (for the period August 2011 through July 2012) in the top 1.8% of 5,200 web sites using the Bizrate North American Survey Network.  Replacements scored 9.3 out of 10 in aggregate survey score for the one-year period to place in the top 1.8% of the 5,200 online merchants. 

In addition to Replacements, winners for 2012 include REI, Zappos, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, and Ralph Lauren, among others. This objectively-scored award is great recognition for Replacements, Ltd.!
