Our year-round holiday room, always filled with ornaments, figurines, and other gift items, is overflowing with values now. For “Christmas in July,” hundreds of our ornaments are on sale with special price reductions. Major values offered include our ever-popular Hutschenreuther porcelain ornaments, where you can “buy 4 and get 1 free!”

You can also take advantage of a 10% price reduction on all our regular-inventory, individually priced holiday china, crystal, silver, and collectible patterns (estate sets not included). In “Bob’s Corner,” a section of our showroom developed by our founder and CEO, Bob Page, there are always big savings, and in July the savings are even better. All items in Bob’s Corner are priced an additional 50% off!

To help “Christmas in July” showroom customers in these difficult economic times, we’re also offering a 6-month layaway plan (rather than our traditional 4-month plan), to give you more time to pay for your showroom purchases in your favorite holiday patterns. Best of all, we’re holding a drawing for a $500 Replacements, Ltd. gift card! Although no purchase is necessary to participate in the drawing, you must register in person at our “Christmas in July” event in order to be eligible to win (we’re sorry, no phone, mail, or e-mail registrations). The drawing for the $500 Replacements, Ltd. gift card will take place on July 25. (You do not have to be present at the drawing to win.)

Two special classes are also scheduled for July. On Saturday morning, July 18, 2009, at 11:00am, Replacements, Ltd. Showroom Supervisor Jill Slatter will lead her ever-popular free seminar on “Dining Etiquette” at our facilities. Jill, who has been employed at Replacements, Ltd. for more than 12 years, leads educational programs on a variety of dinnerware topics, including “Afternoon Teas,” “How to Lay a Holiday Table,” “Holiday Decorating,” and “Serving Wine with Crystal.”

The following weekend the Replacements, Ltd. team of silversmiths will show you what can be done to restore and repair your sterling silver and silverplate heirlooms during our free silver repair clinic, Friday-Sunday, July 24-26, 2009, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our silver artisans will examine your hollowware and flatware and give free estimates on repairs, replating, and polishing. (Our most common repair work includes repairing pieces damaged by garbage disposals, removing dents from hollowware, and replacing knife blades.)
