“Coco” is a charming Shih Tzu who has been coming to Replacements, Ltd. since she was three months old. Coco belongs to Melissa Houpt, a member of our Phone Sales team.  While Melissa believes that Coco has become extremely spoiled as a result of being at work with her every day, she advises that is a small price to pay for having Coco here.  

When Melissa first came to work at Replacements, Ltd. she was enamored with another Shih Tzu that she met.  After a 5-month search, she found Coco at a local breeder.  It was love at first sight.  Melissa brought her home and began spoiling her immediately.

Coco has made several friends throughout the building.  One of Coco’s closest friends is McKenzie, a Collie who has been a previously featured pet.  Coco  gets treats from Melissa’s coworkers throughout the day, and has become an expert at procuring them.  Coco knows the location of all the desks and offices that have treats and she has no problem making the rounds and begging for them. 

Melissa said the most fun part of having Coco at work is the ability to pet her when she is having a challenging day.  “Whenever I am not feeling well or I’m having a bad day, I can reach down and pet Coco.  It makes everything better.”
