For 13 years, Delores Tickle has been a dedicated employee of Replacements, Ltd. During her tenure, Delores has brought her two beloved dogs, Kelly and Kramer, to work with her. As an employee of our showroom, it is imperative that her pets are well-behaved and greet each customer respectfully, which they do. They also accompany her daily as she moves through our facilities while working to meet the needs of our customers.

Kelly is a Sheltie dog that Delores acquired through the help of a friend. Kelly came from a litter of 5 and turned 9 years old this May. Delores, other showroom employees, and customers report that Kelly is one of the smartest dogs they have ever met.

Kramer is a rescue dog that Delores acquired through a friend at Replacements. Kramer is a “Bengi” dog that will be turning 2 years old at the end of this year. Recently, I met Delores in our Showroom as she was kneeling to play with her two pets. As I knelt to play with the friendly puppies, Delores looked at me and said, “I just love my dogs and being able to bring them to work is great!” Kelly and Kramer are two of many pets that join their masters here at Replacements, Ltd. every day.
