Hello from Replacements, Ltd.! Just a quick note to invite you to join us at our beautiful 12,000 square foot facilities for our summer Silver & Crystal Repair Clinic. On Friday and Saturday, July 15th and 16th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, our team of silversmiths and crystal repair specialists will be available to show you what can be done to restore and repair your sterling silver, silverplate, and crystal heirlooms in ways you never thought possible!  

Replacements, Ltd. artisans will examine your hollowware, flatware, and crystal and provide estimates on the cost of repairs, replating, and polishing. There is no charge for this service. “I think this will be very eye opening because many people don’t realize that in certain cases, crystal can be repaired,” says China/Crystal Restoration Manager Sara Vestal. “Our team will examine and evaluate damaged pieces, determine if they can be fixed and offer repair estimates. Some of the most common repairs include grinding down small chips on the rim or base of glasses and reapplying worn gold or platinum trim.” Typical silver restoration work includes (but is not limited to!) repairing pieces damaged by garbage disposals, removing dents from hollowware, and replacing knife blades.
