June 2007 Free Prize Drawing!
Nautilus by Wedgwood
Register or order your patterns/pieces online in June 2007 and be automatically entered in a free prize drawing for a beautiful Wedgwood Nautilus bone china centerpiece, valued at $200.00! This exquisite centerpiece is made from white bone china and is designed in the form of a beautiful nautilus shell resting on a reef pedestal. Drawing date is July 3, 2007. Please see our General Contest Rules.
We’ve previously shared the story that Josiah Wedgwood, founder of Wedgwood China in England in the mid-1700s, was a conchologist. That is, he was very interested in the study and classification of seashells. Josiah was a regular on the beaches of England, always searching for rare shells to add to his collection and to use as subjects for modeling new dinnerware patterns and pieces.
A great example of the seashell heritage at Wedgwood is evident in this Nautilus centerpiece, which can be yours if, after your registration or order, your name is selected at random in our end-of-month prize drawing. We’ll notify the winner after the drawing date of 07/03/2007, and make an announcement on our web site, with the winner’s permission. Place your registration or order in June 2007 to be automatically entered! Contest rules in detail can be seen here. Good luck!
