If you are not sure of the manufacturer and pattern name of your crystal, we can help. We just need a picture of your piece. Where possible, the best pieces to image for identification purposes are the dinner plate (front and back) in china, the stemmed water goblet in crystal, and the fork (front and back) in silver. Please include any backstamp information as well. Not including backstamp information in your images may delay a response. If you do not have the piece type indicated, you can use another piece, but please clearly indicate to us the piece you used. Be sure to note the size of the piece(s) for which you send us images. To ensure the safety of your pieces, please send only images and not your actual pieces.
For Fastest Response, upload your images to us!
Pattern ID Request Form– Use a digital camera to take a picture of the front and back of each piece you wish identified. You may also scan a high-quality color photograph, a photocopy (color or black and white), or a hand-drawn sketch. Then upload the images from your computer or smart phone using our Pattern ID Request Form
Please note these additional guidelines: Include any notations about colors, markings, and any trim that are not clear in the image(s). If there are markings on the base of the glass, make sure they are legible in the image; if not, please draw a rough sketch and include any writing or numbers that appear on the base. If known, please indicate the approximate age. When making a hand-drawn sketch: for crystal pieces with cuttings or etchings , take a piece of lightweight paper (such as tissue paper used for wrapping gifts) and wrap around the bowl of a water goblet. Using the side of a soft leaded pencil, make a rubbing of the design on the paper (per the diagram). Indicate on the paper with an arrow which side is the top, and as best you can, sketch the shape of the bowl and stem. For crystal pieces with no cuttings or etchings, simply sketch the shape of the water goblet (both stem and bowl).
Complete the steps above and submit the materials to us with your name, address and telephone number per below:

One way Replacements is able to locate hard-to-find patterns is by publishing books illustrating patterns for our suppliers, antique dealers, etc., to find for us. If we want to include your pattern in one of our books, we may need to ask for a professional quality photograph at a later date.
We look forward to the opportunity of serving you in the future!
