Holiday Shipping Time Frame
Thanks for shopping with us! There's still time to place and receive your order before Christmas, if you elect to pay via credit card! If you order online, simply add the appropriate charge as listed below to our standard shipping charges, and type “Christmas Order” in the Special Instructions box on the order form. If you’d rather order by phone (1-800-737-5223), let our representative know you would like to receive your order before Christmas. If you’d like more detailed instructions, read below! Online Orders– To order online for pre-Christmas delivery:
- Access your pattern(s) by clicking the China, Crystal, Silver, or Collectibles tabs above.
- Add items to the online shopping cart by clicking “Add To Cart” buttons (or by manually typing the items in the form)
- Per appropriate shipping chart, enter shipping charges into order form, and add $15.00 if your order total is $100 or less, or $20 if your order is over $100 for expedited shipping.
- Add shipping address and payment information in the appropriate blocks below the secure order form.
- Type “Christmas Order” in the Special Instructions box on the form.
- Click “Submit”!
Phone Orders– To order via phone for pre-Christmas delivery:
- Call 1-800-REPLACE (1-800-737-5223) 8am - 12 midnight, 7 days (we answer the phone very quickly!)
- Let our telephone representative know which pieces you’d like.
- Let our representative know that you?d like to receive your order before Christmas, an additional charge of $15.00 for orders $100 or less, or $20 for orders over $100 will be added for expedited shipping.
- Provide the appropriate shipping address and payment information.
- You’re done!
