Company digs into private vault for historical retrospective events
GREENSBORO, N.C., June 30, 2016 – What are antique hunter Bob Page's most unique finds? Get a peek at hidden treasures from Replacements' vault at the company's very first historical retrospective, Hidden Treasures, Period Pieces & Interesting Tales set for July 29 and 30, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
"Bob's acquired so many incredible finds over the past 35 years; in fact, won't see many of these pieces any place else in the world," says Replacements' John Griffith. "We're going to explore stories of provenance tied to some really unique pieces. Look for us to examine historically significant patterns and table settings designed for kings and queens. And we'll show you how noted design eras, from Victorian to Art Deco to Cottage Chic, inspired and influenced tabletop through the decades. These exclusive events mark the public debut of many of these treasures."
Hidden Treasures, Period Pieces & Some Interesting Tales includes a locally catered lunch; the event costs $14.95 per person. Due to limited space, registration is required by July 25, 2016. For more information or to sign up for these sessions, contact John Griffith (336) 697-3000 ext. 2233 or [email protected].
