Moving away from the silver, and across the Retail Store floor, we see a piece that is one of our favorites! This opulent cherrywood wet bar was rumored to have resided in the summer estate of financier J.P. Morgan, and possibly later in the boardroom of one of his corporate offices. The glass in this case is actually cut lead crystal. The entire case is an exquisite example of very high quality late nineteenth-century craftsmanship. Featured in this case are a large variety of items for sale, including porcelain vases from Lladro of Spain, porcelain figurines from Boehm, and exquisite crystal pieces from Lalique and Baccarat.
