Hand-Painted Signed Russian Orthodox Theotokos and St. Sergius Egg
$199.95
A beautifully detailed devotional work, this Hand-Painted Signed Russian Orthodox Theotokos and St. Sergius Egg with stand showcases traditional Russian iconographic artistry in an elegant egg-shaped form. The hand-painted decoration features a tender image of the Theotokos (Virgin Mary) with the Christ Child, rendered in rich reds, golds, and deep jewel tones with finely detailed facial features and garments. Signed by the artist and accompanied by a coordinating pedestal stand, this distinctive piece combines religious symbolism with the celebrated Russian tradition of decorative eggs. An impressive addition to a collection of Orthodox religious art, Russian icons, or hand-painted devotional objects, it offers both spiritual significance and striking decorative appeal.
