Benefits & Wellness Manager

As the Benefits & Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the overall health and wellness of employees through implementing and managing employee benefits and wellness programs, educating and assisting employees in the use of the plans.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manages the company health, workers’ compensation, and wellness plans; communicates about and administers other benefits, including but not limited to, life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, HIPPA, FMLA, Section 125, etc.
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with benefits and wellness providers and vendors
  • Oversees ACA tracking and compliance
  • Serves on Benefits Committee and proposes and recommends changes relative to benefits and wellness programs
  • Assists HR Director, CFO and General Counsel with review process of benefits contracts, plan documents, and agreements
  • Manages employee communications related to benefits, workers’ compensation and wellness programs through a variety of methods, such as individual meetings, publications, and electronic media; monitors systems implementation and communications of annual plan and program changes
  • Acts as the point of contact to educate and offer solutions to employees about their benefits.
  • Develops Benefits Coordinator to help educate and guide employees with their benefits and perform the administrative duties for successful completion of the coordinator position
  • Works closely with other departments and providers to design educational materials, including annual Employee Benefits Summary Guide, EAP brochure, etc.
  • Coordinates activities with other departments and outside agencies to provide the highest level of service for employees and management
  • Prepares and oversees benefits wellness budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

Estate Jewelry Sales Associate

As the Vintage Watch Expert Buyer, you will greet customers and welcome them into the estate jewelry boutique. Engages customers in conversations regarding their needs and interests and through the discovery process determines how the customer can be best served during their visit. Assists customers looking to buy estate jewelry by professionally answering any jewelry related questions, while using subtle suggestive selling techniques. Maintains Replacements’ excellent level of customer service. Must be aware of and follow all safety procedures. Purposefully merchandises and maintains the displays in the ESJ department and ensures the area stays grand open ready at all times. Pull all shipments in a timely manner and verify with finance the status prior to shipping.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Initiates inquiries with customers and determines customer’s needs and desires by listening carefully; represents Replacements to customers in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
  • Receives jewelry that is ready for sale, creates tags and/or labels, process the shelf moves in Orion, and displays it in the cases/vault as is appropriate
  • Maintains cases, inside and out for appealing display of product, quality of presentation and filling in where jewelry has been sold<
  • Pulls all orders, cleans as needed, and packages the product up for shipping
  • Assists other staff with jewelry product knowledge questions

Web Developer 2

We are looking for a Web Developer to join our talented staff of professionals in our Information Services Department. As the Web Developer, you will assist with analyzing, designing, coding, modifying and testing web applications and interfaces; as well as creating, implementing, testing, and maintaining web content for Replacements' Internet, Intranet, and Extranet web sites.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Develops the web interface per internal clients' needs and requirements
  • Codes, tests, and debugs web interface components
  • Ensures code compatibility on major browsers and across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms
  • Creates and implements web content for replacements.com, Intranet, and other corporate web assets, as directed by management; performs design tasks which may require extensive research and analysis
