What is the Replacements, Ltd. Yard Sale?  The Replacements, Ltd. Yard Sale is the ultimate treasure hunt featuring thousands of imperfect tableware pieces, collectibles, antiques, and unique treasures from hundreds of manufacturers located around the world. The event attracts collectors, dealers, and bargain hunters from across the country.

When is the Yard Sale?  The Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

What are the event hours?  The sale runs from 7:00am to 3:00pm (ET).  Parking Lot opens at 6:00am and Yard Sale entrance opens promptly at 7:00am.

Where is the Yard Sale located?  The Yard Sale takes place on the grounds of Replacements, Ltd. at: 1089 Knox Road McLeansville, NC 27301.

Do I need a ticket or appointment to attend?  No advance tickets or appointments are required.

How much is admission?  Admission is $10 per person for guests aged 14 and older. Children 13 and under are admitted free.

Is early buying allowed?  No. To ensure fairness for all shoppers, no sales will occur before the official opening time.

Is re-entry allowed?  Yes. Guests may leave and return throughout the day by presenting the wristband provided at entry.

What types of items will be available?  You'll find thousands of imperfect china, crystal, silver, and tableware pieces, along with unique treasures and antiques from around the world.

How are items priced?  Items are sold using one of the following options:

• Official Yard Sale cardboard tray (15.5” x 24” x 8”): $15 for a one-time fill (as much as you can fit and carry)

• Personal wagon (up to 30” x 18” x 33”): $20 for a one-time fill (as much as you can fit and carry)
  • Reminder that you will need to load all of your treasures into your own vehicle.

Wagons that exceed our posted size limits will be evaluated for pricing at the yard sale entry point. 

Can I bring my own bags or boxes?  No. Purchases must be made using an official Yard Sale tray or an approved wagon. Guests may bring paper for wrapping fragile items.

Are prices negotiable?  No. All prices are fixed.

Will there be discounts during the event?  No. Pricing remains consistent throughout the event.

Can I buy items online?  The Yard Sale itself is an in-person event. However, Replacements will also offer a separate online sale featuring discounts on select overstock items during the event.

Are items sold as-is?  Yes. All items are sold as-is.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?  No. All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and warranties are not available.

What forms of payment are accepted?  We accept: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Are checks accepted?  No. Personal checks are not accepted.

Is there an ATM on-site?  No. There is no ATM available at the event.

Is parking available?  Yes. Free on-site parking is available, and parking attendants will direct guests upon arrival. You may enter our parking areas at 6am on 9/19/26.

Is handicap parking available?  Yes. Guests with a valid handicap placard or license plate will be directed to designated accessible parking areas.

Do you provide transportation from parking areas?  Yes. Complimentary golf-cart shuttles will transport guests between parking areas and the Yard Sale grounds.

Can buses or RVs attend?  Yes. Groups, buses, and RVs are welcome and will be directed to designated parking and drop-off areas.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?  The Yard Sale area and showroom are accessible. However, much of the parking is located in a grassy field with uneven terrain, which may be challenging for standard wheelchairs. Guests with a valid handicap placard or license plate will be directed to designated accessible parking areas.

Are mobility devices allowed?  Wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility scooters are permitted. Small single-person motorized handicap scooters are allowed with proof of disability.

Are personal golf carts or utility vehicles allowed?  No. Personal golf carts, RTVs, and gas or electric utility vehicles are not permitted inside the event area.

Will food & water be available for sale?  Yes. Food trucks and concession vendors will offer meals, snacks, beverages and water for sale throughout the day.

Are restrooms available?  Yes. Portable restrooms are available on the grounds, and additional restrooms are located inside the Replacements Showroom.

Is seating available?  Yes. Seating is available near food vendors and in designated areas around the event.

Can I bring children?  Yes. Children are welcome. Guests ages 14 and older require entry fee admission, and all children should be closely supervised.

Are pets allowed?  Yes. Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome, including trained service animals. You are expected to clean up after your pets should there be an accident.

Will staff help load purchases?  Buyers are responsible for transporting and loading all purchases into their vehicles. While staff may provide cart transportation for customers and their purchases between the Yard Sale area and designated parking areas, customers must be able to carry, lift, and load their items without assistance from Replacements staff.

How do I pick up bulk purchases?  Staff will provide instructions and direct buyers to designated bulk-pickup locations.

Does Replacements offer shipping?  Shipping may be available for some purchases, but it is not guaranteed. Guests should plan to take purchases home the same day unless arrangements are made directly with staff.

Can I take photos?  Yes. Photography for personal use is permitted.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?  No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the Replacements, Ltd. campus.

Is the event held rain or shine?  Yes. The Yard Sale will take place rain or shine. However, Replacements reserves the right to cancel the event in the case of severe weather.

Are security measures in place?  Yes. Event staff and security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Are weapons allowed?  No. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Replacements, Ltd. campus.
