Instructions, Map, and Terms and Conditions for Harvest Hosts Guests at Replacements, Ltd.  

Please ensure that your arrival is no later than one hour prior to the close of our Showroom unless other prior arrangements have been made. Visit replacements.com/showroom to see our up-to-date Showroom business hours.

Upon your arrival, please park in the designated area (as indicated on our map below - #3) and proceed to the Showroom for check-in.               

Please do not drive or park your vehicle in the Showroom parking lot or any employee parking lots during your stay. The walk to the Showroom entrance is approximately two hundred yards from the approved parking area. 

During your visit, please do not enter areas designated as off-limits, (as indicated on our map below - #5 and #6). This includes ponds, employee parking areas, wooded areas, creek beds, and entrances to the facility, except for the Showroom entrance.

Please be aware that grounds access control and exterior lighting onsite is limited, and guests are solely responsible for exercising due care, caution, and diligence and ensuring their own safety during their visit. For your safety, please note that there is no security or emergency assistance available onsite. In the event of an emergency, guests should immediately call 911.

All RVs must be self-contained, and we strictly prohibit dumping wastewater or trash, outdoor cooking, campfires or the like, interacting with wildlife, or setting up tents on the premises.

Harvest Hosts Members - Terms and Conditions

By entering Replacements, Ltd.’s property, you ratify your agreement to Harvest Host’s Code of Conduct published at https://harvesthosts.com/code-of-conduct-2/ and agree to the following terms and conditions: (1) Replacements, Ltd. may (a) cancel any reservation in the event circumstances make use of its grounds inconvenient, impractical, or impossible, or (b) in Replacements, Ltd.’s sole discretion, instruct me to vacate and leave Replacements, Ltd.’s property at any time, in which case I will do so promptly; (2) you will comply with all applicable law while onsite at Replacements, Ltd., and you assume sole responsibility for ensuring that any person occupying your vehicle during your visit complies with all applicable law; (3) as between Replacements, Ltd. and you, you are solely responsible for (a) your own safety and the safety of all persons and pets who are occupants of your vehicle during your visit, and (b) any damage, injury, or loss to (i) any person occupying your vehicle during your visit, (ii) your property, or (iii) the property of any person occupying your vehicle during your visit; (4) you agree that neither landlord Page Properties, LLC, its owners, managers, members, and agents, nor tenant Replacements, Ltd., its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents, will be liable for any injury or loss, including, without limitation, death, to or caused by you or any occupant of your vehicle at any time while onsite, or any other guest of yours or of any other occupant of your vehicle at any time while onsite. (5) You agree that you will be liable for and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless landlord Page Properties, LLC, its owners, managers, members, and agents, and tenant Replacements, Ltd., its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents, against any claim, loss, damage, or cost, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to (i) your fault or negligence for personal injury or death or damage to personal or real property, such fault or negligence of yours to include that of any occupant of your vehicle at any time while onsite or of any other guest of yours or of any other occupant of your vehicle at any time while onsite, or (ii) your breach of your agreement hereto. (6) Your agreement hereto will be governed by and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without giving effect to the conflicts-of-law principles and laws thereof that may otherwise cause the laws of another jurisdiction to govern. (7) The North Carolina Superior Court for Guilford County will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute between any party arising out of or relating to your agreement hereto, or if such court does not have jurisdiction, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. (8) Any party making a claim arising out of or relating to your agreement hereto irrevocably submits to and waives any objection to the jurisdiction of these courts for disputes arising out of or relating to your agreement hereto.
