If you are not sure of the manufacturer or series of your collectible, we can help. We just need an image of your piece. Please send us an image, picture or photocopy of the piece or a piece in the same series along with information about any paperwork or boxes that may have come with it, noting the company that manufactured it and the name of the line or series. Please also include an image of the backstamp and any symbols, words or numbers. If these are not clear in the image, please include them in your comments. Not including the backstamp information may delay a response. Be sure to note the size of the piece(s) for which you send us images. To ensure the safety of your pieces, please send only images and not your actual pieces.
For Fastest Response, upload your images to us!
Pattern ID Request Form – Use a digital camera to take a picture of the front and back of each piece you wish identified. You may also scan a high-quality color photograph, a photocopy (color or black and white), or a hand-drawn sketch. Then upload the images from your computer or smart phone using our Pattern ID Request Form.
For all of these image formats, please note these additional guidelines: Include any notations about colors and markings. If there are markings on the Collectible, make sure they are legible in the photocopy or photograph; if not, please draw a rough sketch and include any writing or numbers that appear on the back. If known, please indicate the approximate age.
Complete the steps above and submit the materials to us with your name, address and telephone number per below:
Upload: Use our Pattern ID Request FormU.S. Mail:
Fax: 1-336-697-3100 (please include your FAX number, name and mailing address).
If your pattern can be identified, we will automatically put your name in our records for that pattern. We will also send you a complete listing of the available pieces in your pattern along with their prices. If your pattern cannot be identified, we will notify you. Please allow our staff 7-10 days to answer your request.
One way Replacements is able to locate hard-to-find patterns is by publishing books illustrating patterns for our suppliers, antique dealers, etc., to find for us. If we want to include your pattern in one of our books, we may need to ask for a professional quality photograph at a later date.
We look forward to the opportunity of serving you in the future!
